The Vermont Lottery is the state-run lottery organization of Vermont, offering draw games, instant tickets, and online play. Lottery proceeds benefit Vermont's Education Fund.
Animated HTML5 display banner campaigns built for the Vermont Lottery across four IAB standard sizes, running on the Google Display Network.

Each banner was hand-coded in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to meet GDN specifications including file size limits, animation duration caps, and click-tag integration. Every size required its own layout approach and animation timing to ensure the creative reads correctly across different aspect ratios.
Frame-by-frame animation sequences drive timed transitions between promotional messaging, product imagery, and calls to action, optimized to loop cleanly within GDN's file weight and CPU usage requirements.
