At Fuseideas, I served as lead developer, translating designer comps into a custom WordPress theme that captures the brand's premium outdoor aesthetic while supporting multiple resort locations within a scalable system.

The Build

The site was developed entirely from scratch — no starter themes or page builder plugins. Every template, animation, and content block was purpose-built to deliver performance, flexibility, and long-term maintainability.

The theme was built using PHP, SCSS, Webpack 5, and a heavily customized Bootstrap 5 grid. Content editing is powered by Advanced Custom Fields Pro, with 12 custom ACF blocks including Homepage Hero, Media Grid, Tent Types, Gallery Carousel, and Accordion modules. This modular system allows the marketing team to compose pages visually while maintaining clean, lightweight markup.

Three custom post types — Field Notes, News, and Tents/Accommodations — support structured editorial content and featured resort information across the site.

Animation System

A key visual feature is a scroll-driven SVG animation system built with GSAP and ScrollTrigger. Terramor's signature topographic illustrations draw themselves as the user scrolls, creating an immersive visual narrative that mirrors the brand's outdoor exploration theme. Additional visual layers include a lightweight CSS star-field animation and an SVG preloader sequence that introduces the site experience.

Maintenance

Following launch, I continued as the primary developer responsible for updates, content enhancements, and ongoing stability across WordPress core and plugin releases.
